Mehr Infos zu den Workshops:

WS1: Walking and/in the close embrace / Walk (and hug) this way
Since walking and embracing are the essence of tango, in this lesson we will focus on how to walk elegantly and effortlessly in close embrace. Through different exercises (alone and in couples) we will show you how to make and keep a comfortable and soft close embrace and also work on the technique of walking, both for leaders and followers

WS2: Small repetitive rebounds / Fun tiny steps for all occasions
If you always felt that there were parts of the songs where you were constantly missing a few ideas for the perfect interpretation, this is a lesson for you. We will start with small rebounds and connect them into playful repetitive sequences. This will be challenge both for the leader and the follower.

WS3: Taking a break / Tea and cookies with this parada?
Slowing down and making a pause is as important as speeding up and moving continuously. We will give you a few ideas how to stop the movement or make it last and how to place it to the music.

WS4: Boleos / Kick-ass boleos
We will explain the technique of a smooth pivot (for leaders and followers) and build it up to afierce forward and back boleo and their variations. We will start with boleos in open embrace andfinish in close embrace, with some ideas for combinations

WS5: Women technique – Boleos and Adornos / Embellished girl power!
We will start with the little warm-up for the legs and the feet followed by exercises for the balanceand relaxation of the free leg. The forward and backward ocho will serve as a basic pattern to whichwe will add backward and forward boleos. All the space in between we will fill up with different embellishments as taps, kicks, crosses, swirls, etc. We recommend to combine this lesson with Boleos.

Milonga Seminar
1. Teil: In this lesson we will go through two basic ways of dancing a milonga. We will focus both on technical as well as musical differences and suggest a few simple but fun combinations for any occasion.
2. Teil: In this workshop we will start with a simple repetitive combination of two elements and show how we can change and adapt them by controlling the axis. This will give us a lot of possibilities for improvisation. We will also focus on placing these elements accordingly to the music.
