The seminar goes over two days - three hours each day and will cover the following content:

*body coordination/ time / rhythm
*adornos and shapes
*the beginning of movement
*caminata/ ochos/ voleos/ giros
*connection

Program:
Saturday 17th September. Technique man & woman
15:00 – 16:30: first part
16:30 – 16:40: pause
16:40 – 18:10: second part

Sunday 18th September. Ladies style
15:50 – 17:20: first part
17:20 – 17:30: pause
17:30 – 19:00: second part

The seminar is a progressive work and depends from the development of the students that take part. We will search for all the virtues of the body, by crossing the consciousness of an unique body. (hip size, leg length, weight, volume, height, flexibility, and other factors). The goal is appreciate, enrich and coordinate body movement for those who follow, accepting the directions of whom leads in a pleasant way. From neutral movements we wil use adornos for interpretation, perception and intention, it is a basic movement work to create an expressive and beautiful dance.
