Description
Auroville Tango Festival is the oldest and largest Tango festival in India. It has been the focal point of the nascent India tango scene since 2012. Held in the International Township of Auroville, a conscious community with the professed aim to promote human unity, Auroville Tango Festival affords a unique learning and dancing experience, and a gateway to explore the Incredible India!
The 11th Festival (6-10 March 2024) will see LIVE MUSIC by three Argentinian musicians -- Pablo Montanelli on the piano, Pablo Gignoli on the bandoneon, and Sandra Rumolino vocals, as well as international and local DJs including AHMED ALAMI (France), NATALIA GRISEL AGUERO (Argentina), and PABLO MONTANELLI. We are honored to have the participation of maestros NATALIA AGUERO e AGUSTIN VENTURINO (Argentina), and LEONEL CHEN y FLORENCIA HAN (Korea).
Early Bird Registration ends on 15 January 2024. Milonga passes will be available from 16 January.
