Description

The fabulous trio Los Milonguitas comes back to Liverpool to play at our monthly milonga after their big success last year. Like last year, the event will take place in the beautiful Ullet Road Unitarian Church hall on Friday evening 18th May 2018 (from 19:00 to 23:30; £16.00). Diego Doigneau, an Argentine DJ based in London, will be providing the music in between the live sets to keep everyone dancing all night.

There is more: on Saturday, they will offer two different musicality workshops on Musical elements in tango (£12.00 for each workshop). Those workshops will take place in the Holy Trinity Church Hall (junction of Church Road and Woolton Road, L15 9EQ). The morning workshop (10:30 to 12:30) will cover "Musical Elements in Tango: Accompanying models: the Marcato" and the afternoon one (13:30 to 15:30) "Musical Elements in Tango: the Melody: legato and rhythmical phrases".
