Description

We are delighted to be bringing internationally renowned Argentine Tango teachers and performers Alejandro Angelica and Ornella Tirrito to Swansea for a very special workshop followed by Dancing/Milonga.

The workshop will run from 4-7pm, followed by Dancing/Milonga until 10pm with a mixture of traditional, nuevo and alternative tango music.

Location: Room A, Fulton House, Singleton Campus, Swansea University (the Room has a large, beautifully sprung, wooden floor)
Price: Workshop and Dancing/Milonga £25 (Dancing/Milonga only £5)
You will need to have some experience of dancing Tango to take part in this workshop, if you are unsure please message us and we are happy to advise you.
Spaces for the workshop will be limited to 15 leaders and 15 followers.

Alejandro and Ornella are multi-talented dancers, choreographers, researchers and founders of the tango system Tangopuro®.

Urban Tango Nights

We are a Tango Club in Swansea, Wales. We have two weekly classes, a weekly freestyle, and guest teacher workshops and live music milongas. We love to see people having fun dancing, so our classes and freestyles welcome dancers from a variety of style backgrounds to try Tango and bring their own unique flair!
