Tango Workshop W Isolde And Live Music Milonga W Tango Calor

We are delighted to be bringing another two very special guests to Swansea to put on an amazing event. Isolde Kanikani of Isolde Kanikani and Compania Cielito in UK and Compania Cielito will be teaching a tango workshop. Then Mirek Salmon and Daan Temmink of Tango Calor will be playing live music in a Milonga

The workshop will run from 3-5pm, and is suitable for anyone who has danced tango.

The Milonga will run from 5-9pm and will feature a live sets from Tango Calor and Urban Tango Nights will be playing a mix of traditional, nuevo and alternative tango music as well as blues and modern jive music

Location: Room B, 3rd Floor, Fulton House, Singleton Campus, Swansea University (the Room has a large, beautifully sprung, wooden floor)
Price: Workshop and Dancing/Milonga £20 (Freestyle/Milonga only £15)

Tango Calor is a Bristol tango band featuring Mirek Salmon on bandoneon, Indira Roman singing and Daan Temmink on piano. Individually they have performed at World music and Jazz festivals around Europe. As Tango Calor the band have performed in Tango clubs around the UK and this summer performed in La Ghironda festival in Italy.
