Oc Tango Festival

The Orange County Tango Festival is an opportunity to work on your dancing. It’s a workshop focused event rather than a social dance only event. Please show up ready to progress and to be challenged. We are offering 3 workshop tracks, afternoon practicas, evening Milongas, world class performances, a couple of “for fun only” dance contests, live tango music, and of course lots of late night dancing with the country’s best DJ’s.

Workshop tracks
• Social Dancer’s Track (For this interested in working on social dancing in crowded spaces at Milongas. Mostly close embrace.)
• Performer’s / Competitor’s Track (For those interested in working on performance, competition, and really cool looking moves.)
• Teacher’s Track (For those who are teachers, those who tutor their friends, or those who like to geek out at the level of instructors. You should know typical patterns and techniques for both leader’s and follower’s parts to participate in this track.)
