Three days of Tango in a fantastic wood, Mondaino's Arboreto is a place of art and nature. A vibrant theatre, a centre of artistic research, a wooden and stone venue built as a big leaf lying upside down. 
Right in the heart of summer, the wood of Arboreto and the Teatro Dimora (theatre house) will host everyone with their freshness for three days of nature, hugs, feelings and friendship.

From Friday 25th to Sunday 27th August we will be in the heart of the wood till sunrise with music by:

In the woods there will be chill out zones and massage area. Relaxation and much more ... such as wine tasting !!! … and during the many hours of exciting dancing there will be an opportunity to relax, self-massage and re-condition your body by Gyrokinesis for all tango dancers with Ula Wojtkowiak. Let's go with the flow !!!

And this year, in the woos, there will be enchanted moments for your tired feet too!!! Luisella Piva (with 20 years experience in psycophysical wellness) will take care of the guests of the wood with decontracting, relaxing and recovering massages.

ONLY ON SUNDAY - from 7.00PM the marathon entrance will be open to not registered people.

PRICE 
Full event ticket is € 120 including:

1) Three days marathon ENTRANCE

2) Friday evening DINNER (local Italian food) and Saturday evening DINNER (Asado)

Evening buffet menus include: first & second course, side dishes, dessert, season fruit, drinks and coffee. Vegan and vegetarian menus available.

Sunday evening dinner is not included and can be bought directly at the restaurant area on Sunday evening.

3) In the afternoon “APERITIPICI and MERENDONE a cm 0” 

Open to all the participants both on Saturday and Sunday, a good opportunity to socialise in the wood, to taste local wines and local specialities from Umbria, Romagna, and Marche regions.

4) “Prosecco” - WELCOME toast & “Passerina wine” - FAREWELL toast

5) Buffet BREAKFASTS

6) All day SNACKS & BEVERAGES (water, juices, fruits and sweets)

7) Saturday & Sunday Gyrokinesis for everybody - in the theatre - with Ula Wojtkowiak


IN-BOSCATI ticket doesn't comprehend the entrance to Pre & Post INB nights (24 and 28 August). The Pre & Post events don't need to be booked and the specific ticket can be paid directly at the entrance of the venue.  

REGISTRATION METHOD
Registration is exclusively possible through our website and the registration form (you'll find the form on this page). We accept no registrations through Email and/or Facebook. Couple needs to fill only one registration form.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Please note that “first come, first served” is not a priority in the selection process. Priority registration will be given to couples, and we will balance the marathon spaces by country, city, leader and follower. The confirmation to participate is strictly personal and is not transferable to another person without the organizers’ authorization.
