Description
Il Tango e la Terra brings to life an evening where land, memory, and passion converge. Against the backdrop of Abruzzo’s rugged beauty, we pay homage to the immortal legacy of Osvaldo Pugliese, whose music distilled the soul of Buenos Aires—its power, tenderness, and sense of longing.
At Teatro La Fonte in Mozzagrogna, the renowned Tango Spleen Orquesta takes the stage: a modern ensemble rooted in tradition and led by Mariano Speranza, weaving classic tangos, original compositions, and fresh arrangements that speak across time and space. Expect an evocative journey: from the thunderous pulse of “La Yumba” (emblematic of Pugliese’s bold rhythmic voice) to intimate milongas that warm the heart.
Join us October 31, 2025, for an unforgettable night of dance, music, and connection — where every note, every step, and every silence is a tribute: to the land, to tango, and to the masters who shaped them both.
