Eric Jorissen Tango Weekend

One of the must go events of the year for many regular Edinburgh dancers, a fabulous weekend of workshops with Eric Jorissen from El Corte, Nijmegen, teaching with Edinburgh local teacher Jessie. Eric is a truly inspirational teacher and a joy to work with. If you haven't been to Eric's workshops this is your chance - remember to book early to avoid disappointment as the classes fill up quickly.

About Eric:
Eric began teaching argentine tango in 1987, inspired by Pepito Avellaneda, who considered him being his 'tango' son. In 1987 he founded tango El Corte, a tango centre in the Dutch city of Nijmegen.

While Eric is not working at El Corte, he travels the world teaching tango. - he has even been called 'the best tango teacher in the world!', for his inspiration, ideas and good humour. His special teaching style attracts many people to his classes, not least dancers from Edinburgh who travel to El Corte for monthly weekend-long milongas and special events, including the summer study week.
