Apertura Tango Weekend

Dear Tango Lovers,

Welcome to the Apertura Tango Weekend which will be held for the first time in the heart of the İstanbul on 5-7 April 2019!

We are very excited to welcome you!

The first couple of the event is Dear Dmitry Kuznetsov & Olga Nikola who are the winners of the World Championship (Mundial de Escenario) (5th place) 2018, the Champions of the Europe 2018 and the Champions of the Russia 2017.

The second couple of the event is Dear Julián Sanchez & Bruna Estellita who are the famous dancers and choreographers in Argentina, also judges at the Tango de Dance Championship 2015 and Mundial de Tango de Buenos Aires Mendoza 2015 as well as finalists of Mundial de Tango 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2018.

The third name and the couple of the event is Dear Yalçın Uğur who is the winner of the both Mundial the baile pista İstanbul 2017 and the Turkish Championship (TDSF) 2014, also lives in Russia at the moment after the Argentina and Turkey, will be with us with his partner Dear Vera Gogoleva.

The fourth couple of the event is Dear Muharrem Yılmazkaya & Nilay Akgün.

The fifth couple of the event is Dear Rıdvan Balamur & Sevinç Kula.

Our DJ team is consist of dear Volkan Tanyeli, Aykut Dokur and Burcu Iris Tekin.

Orchestra Sexteto Maestros will be with us on Saturday Gala Night.

Milongas will take place at Tango Noa, Istanbul Lutfi Kirdar Convention Exhibition Center - ICEC and AfroCubanos and Workshops will take place at Lutfi Kirdar and AfroCubanos dance school.
